After many customer requests, our much-loved Charlotte Royale has made its return to Shingle Inn, this time in a perfectly petite size. Reintroduced from the Shingle Inn bakery archives, the new Mini Charlotte Royale brings together a little nostalgia, a little elegance and plenty of strawberry-filled sweetness.

The Charlotte Royale has long been a favourite among Shingle Inn customers, and we have received plenty of requests to bring it back. We listened! Inspired by a classic European dessert, our Mini Charlotte Royale features slices of vanilla and jam Swiss roll wrapped around a light, sweet strawberry mousse. It is finished with a glossy raspberry-plum gel glaze, creating its signature red swirl and beautifully polished appearance.

With its intricate layers and striking finish, this miniature cake looks every bit as special as it tastes.

Our Mini Charlotte Royale has returned by popular request, but it will only be visiting the Shingle Inn cake cabinet for a limited time.
